Saleh arrives in Libya to participate in Libya's ceremonies

Saleh arrived Tuesday in Libyan capital, Tripoli, in response to the invitation of his Libyan counterpart Muammar al-Qaddafi to partake in Libya's ceremonies on the occasion of 1st September Al-Fatih Revolution Day.

In a statement to media, President Saleh expressed his gladness for visiting Libya in response to the Libyan leader's invitation, pointing out he would hold talks with his Libyan counterpart on the latest Arab developments and challenges facing the Arab nation and that require exerting all efforts to revive the Arab solidarity.

During Saleh's visit to Tripoli, the two leaders would discuss ways to boost the brotherly relations and cooperation fields between the two countries and the latest Arab and regional developments that concern the two countries and the Arab and Islamic nations.

President Saleh affirmed what is happening in the occupied Palestinian territories, Sudan, Somalia and Iraq would have serious repercussions for the Arab nation and the regional security, expressing his hope the visit would contribute to promoting the
bilateral relations between the two countries.
